The tourist complex "Prichal" consisting of 8 two-storey cottages is located in a quiet spot with a great view of the White Sea. Its location is quite beneficial – 12 km from the railway station Kem', away from the main road and in close proximity to the landing pier. There is a city bus stop near the tourist complex ("Port", the last stop of route #1).

Restaurant, bar, sauna, souvenir kiosk, open guarded car park.
 Each cottage is meant for a specific category of tourists depending on then wishes and budget.
  • Ideal geographical location – this is shortest and most convenient way (45 km)
  • Convenient transport location – 30 km from the federal highway "St Petersburg – Kola" (М18), 12 km from Kem'
  • The port is close to the railway station (station "Kem'" of the October railway line) -20 minutes by bus, route #1 (last stop – "Port")

  • Opportunity to visit the place where the first official criminal and political concentration camp was organized serving as a transfer point for inmates headed for Solovki ("Kemperpunkt" OGPU USSR)
